Overview

The semi-precious gemstones of my gemstone jewelry designs are created from the precious minerals formed within our earth. These naturally occurring minerals are present in the rocks of the mountains, sand of the beach, and soil of the ground.

There are over 3500 minerals that are recognized, and I have designed handmade jewelry from some of the most beautiful and unique of these minerals. Gemstones each have their own unique properties including color, texture, and hardness, to name a few. Every person seems to be drawn to particular gemstone for a specific reason.

My love for gemstones should be obvious in that I love to design and make gemstone jewelry. My handmade jewelry designs are created for that unique person who is drawn to the beauty of natural gemstones. I want to be able to take a particular gemstone and design a piece of jewelry that a person feels a connection. That being said, when designing new gemstone jewelry, I also feel a connection with certain jewelry pieces. Those pieces are most often the pieces that I end up wearing. I hope that you will find a gemstone design that you are drawn to and feel a connection with as well.

Customer Service

My gemstone jewelry designs are created using only genuine semi-precious gemstones.  I take great pride in my work and personally guarantee the craftsmanship of every item.  If, within the first 15 days of purchase, you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered, I will gladly issue a full refund (excluding shipping cost) upon my receipt of your returned item.  Please email or call to let me know that the merchandise is on its way. 

Pricing 

The prices of my jewelry are a reflection of the quality gemstones that I purchase for my gemstone jewelry designs.  Sometimes you may notice an increase or a decrease in the price of a piece of gemstone jewelry.  When I purchase the gemstones for my jewelry, I cannot always find the same price as when I previously purchased similar gemstones.  Additionally, sometimes I must use a different supplier to find a specific gemstone because supplies can be limited and I must shop elsewhere for my gemstones.  Please know that I will continue to do my best to find the highest quality gemstones at the most reasonable price, thereby giving you the best price possible for my handmade gemstone jewelry designs.

Shipping

All shipping and handling is calculated by the total amount purchased.  Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail, depending on which shipment preference you select when checking out. All available items are expected to ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment and can be expected to arrive on your doorstep in a timely fashion. If you want your jewelry order to arrive more quickly, contact me to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Shipment to Canada and Great Britain via USPS Global Priority Mail is available from the CCNow Shopping Cart.

If you live outside the U.S., Canada or Great Britain, contact me regarding shipping costs.  I will work with you to get your package delivered.

Some countries, because of credit card fraud, can place a jewelry order via email but the package will not be shipped until receipt of payment in full by money order or cashier’s check.  I apologize for the inconvenience, but past problems of credit card fraud have caused many e-commerce websites to be very cautious of certain countries.

Payment and Shopping Security

As your secure online checkout service, CCNow enables you to purchase merchandise from my website.  CCNow makes it easy to purchase and pay for merchandise using a major credit card. There are no sign-up forms to fill out, and you don't have to be a "member" of CCNow to make a purchase.  By using the CCNow Shopping Cart, all you have to do is enter your Credit Card information when you are ready to check out.  Simple as that!

As a PayPal merchant, I offer you another of the secure online payment methods available today.  Paypal accepts all major credit Cards, in addition to an e-check.  So if you are a member and/or wish to use Paypal for your payment method, please total your order, including shipping and handling (shipping rates listed above), and send payment to me through PayPal.  Once you log into PayPal, select the Send tab, and type in daniellecreations@yahoo.com as the recipient's email address.  As soon as I receive your payment, I will finalize your order.

Wholesale

As a jewelry designer, I would love my jewelry to be sold by other stores.  Wholesale pricing begins with a minimum purchase of $200.00.
